Live Class Attendance Policy

A courtesy reminder phone call and/or text message will be made and sent 48-72 hours prior to the class date. In order to maintain efficient scheduling, we have created the following attendance policy:

  • American Contractors Organization will refund payment or reschedule any student 14 business days or more prior to a live class. Refund requests are subject to a $25 processing fee. Requests must be made in writing by either emailing requests to: info@acoorg.com or by calling the office at: (971) 645-4292 Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
  • Cancellation, and reschedule requests made within 14 business days are not eligible for a refund, but student can reschedule to the next available class date one time, additional reschedule requests are subject to a $75 reschedule fee.
  • Same-Day cancellations and/or No-Shows are not eligible for a refund and are subject to the rescheduling fee.
  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late for a class will be treated as a no-show, you will not be able to attend the class, and you will be required to pay the rescheduling fee.
